Do you pick me up at my hotel?
Most tours pick you up at your hotel in Medellín; some meet at Parque El Poblado. Each tour page says which.
What is the difference between private and shared?
Private means the vehicle, guide and schedule are only for your group. Shared means you join other travelers on a fixed departure. Both include a professional guide, security team and medical assistance.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts.
How do I pay?
When a tour shows a price you can pay online by card with Stripe and get instant confirmation. When it says "price on request", message us on WhatsApp and we send you a quote.
Is it safe?
Safety is the reason we exist. Every tour includes a security team and medical assistance, and we never take you anywhere we would not take our own family.
Do the guides speak English?
Yes. Our guides speak English and Spanish.
How do you approach the Pablo Escobar history tour?
